Help and frequently asked questions

Orders and customer accounts

What you need to know about your order.

How can I buy?

Choose a product and an available variant, then add it to your cart. Check the quantity and selected colour in the cart. Complete your order using the details and conditions shown at checkout.

Where can I find my previous orders?

Choose My orders under the profile icon at the top right, then sign in with the email address you used for your purchase. You can view the orders linked to your account and their available status information there.

How do I register? Do I need a password?

Email sign-in does not require a separate password. Enter your email address, then enter the one-time code sent to it. Your customer account is created automatically when you first sign in successfully.

Does my account save my 3D models and estimates?

Your customer account lets you manage orders and personal details. Uploaded 3D models and price estimates are not currently saved to your account automatically. Keep the original file on your own device.

I want to change my order, or there is a problem with my product. What should I do?

Write to us through the Contact page with your order number and a brief description of your request or the problem. We will discuss whether a change is possible based on the current order status. The information associated with your purchase contains its detailed conditions.

Shipping and payment

The details depend on your specific order.

How much does shipping cost, and how can I pay?

Check the available shipping and payment methods and the total amount at checkout before completing your order. If you would like to discuss this beforehand, tell us what you would like to order and where it should be delivered.

When will my order be ready and arrive?

Production and delivery are separate periods. Production time depends on the product, quantity, material and available capacity. We can confirm a achievable date for your specific order; we do not promise next-day production or delivery without prior agreement.

Where can I track my parcel?

Check your order notifications and the order details in your customer account. If a tracking link is available for your shipment, you will find it there. If the status is unclear, contact us with your order number.

Is collection available, or can I request urgent production?

Collection arrangements and urgent production must be agreed separately. Send your requirements and desired deadline through the Contact page so we can check what is possible.

Materials, colours and finishes

We help you choose what suits your project.

I am not sure which material to choose. Where should I start?

First consider where and how you will use the object: indoors or outdoors, as decoration or as a part carrying a load. Heat, moisture and regular mechanical stress also matter. Describe its intended use and we will discuss the material. Our Knowledge hub includes detailed material guides.

Will the colour match my screen exactly?

Screen settings, lighting and the printed finish can make the displayed colour differ from the actual colour. Matte, silk, glitter and translucent materials can look particularly different in changing light. The 3D preview is illustrative; if the exact shade matters, please discuss it with us.

What does refill mean?

A refill is filament supplied without a new spool. You need a suitable, compatible reusable spool to use it. The spooled version includes a spool. Always check the packaging of your selected product and variant.

Will layer lines be visible on the printed object?

Fine layer lines are visible on objects made layer by layer. Geometry, material, print orientation and lighting affect how noticeable they are. A 3D printed surface is not identical in every respect to an injection-moulded or painted surface.

Your model and custom printing

File submission, estimates and quotes.

How do I get started with my own model?

On the Custom 3D printing page, choose an STL or 3MF file and inspect it in the interactive preview. Check the size, material and quantity. Selecting a file and viewing an estimate does not itself place an order or submit a quote request; production requirements are agreed separately.

Does the calculator give a final price?

The calculator shows a preliminary estimate for guidance. The final price and production feasibility can be confirmed after checking the model and settings. The final price may fall outside the displayed range.

Why is model weight alone not enough to calculate the price?

Size, geometry, printing time, material and required supports matter as well as weight. For multicolour printing, colour changes and the production approach can also affect the cost.

My model has several plates or colours. What should I check?

Check that the project includes every required part and plate. For multicolour models, keep the original 3MF and include a screenshot of the intended appearance. The web preview does not fully display the original AMS surface painting; a model that looks single-colour in the preview may still contain colour data. If a plate cannot be estimated, the total may be partial.

Can you design a new model from a photo or idea?

We currently print existing 3D models; we do not yet offer custom design or modelling of new objects. If you already have a file or model link, we are happy to discuss printing options.

What should I include in my enquiry?

Along with the model or source link, include the desired size, quantity, intended use, material and colour preferences, and any deadline. If the object has several parts, specify which ones you need. Permission to use the model must also be clarified.
